Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received.
  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on holidays.
  • During high-volume periods, product launches, or promotional events, processing times may be extended.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

International Shipping

  • Estimated delivery time: 7–21 business days
  • Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing and local postal services.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update after shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Vendeta Archive is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the package.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Vendeta Archive is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the damaged item and packaging.

International Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to weather conditions, carrier issues, customs processing, or other factors outside our control. Vendeta Archive is not liable for such delays.
